With Avant-Garde, I wanted to bring together two friends and amazing rappers: Mochelan from Belgium and Potent Whisper from England. The idea was simple, to mix French and English on the same track, which doesn’t happen often in rap.

The beat has a bit of a glitchy vibe and I added some scratching at the end to also play with the words.
More than anything, this track is a raw and authentic exchange between two lyricists, each bringing their own style and language, and connecting through music.
